Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs that enhance public speaking and leadership skills.
• Assist members in overcoming public speaking fears and building confidence.
• Conduct regular assessments to track progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate communication and leadership development into broader organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communications, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in facilitating group discussions and delivering presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for Toastmasters’ mission and values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for club meetings and events.
