Key Responsibilities
- Cook up IT deployments across solar farms (networks, OT security, remote access)
- Act as a central hub for coordination between IT, cybersecurity, business teams, and external vendors
- Track cybersecurity actions, risks, and remediation using ServiceNow
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities (project tracking, KPIs, reporting)
Qualifications
- Project Management / PMO / Business Analysis
- A strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical)
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and dashboards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Understanding of processes and ability to clearly explain data insights
- Industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
- Autonomous, structured, and efficient in a small team
Tools & Technologies
- ServiceNow (reporting, dashboards)
- Power BI (dashboarding & reporting tools)
- Data analysis & KPI tracking
