Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment and transparency. Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards. Develop high-quality project artifacts, documentation, and reporting materials to support project transparency and accountability. Leverage advanced tools such as Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel to analyze data, track progress, and prepare executive-level reports.

• 6+ years of project management experience within financial services, particularly in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and operational dynamics.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience delivering complex projects, with a preference for regulatory and market risk initiatives.
