Required Skills

• Experience: 8+ Years of IT Project Management with a focus on Data Solutions (Warehouses, Lakes, SOA)
• Certification: Active PMP Certification (Minimum 3 years held)
• Methodology: 8+ Years leading Agile Sprints, Backlog Grooming, and PI Planning
• Lifecycle: 8+ Years of full-lifecycle mastery (SDLC & PMLC) from analysis to deployment
• Financials: 8+ Years tracking full project budgets and entering actuals in tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Public Health: 6+ years within Healthcare/Public Health (Texas HHS experience highly preferred)
• Multi-Agency: Experience managing complex initiatives across multiple state IT departments
• Contracting: Prior success in RFP creation and vendor selection for large-scale IT outsourcing
• TSS Relations: Direct experience managing relationship activities with State of Texas TSS Sprint Teams

Location

Must be available for 100% onsite work in Austin, TX.
