Responsibilities
- Lead system implementation projects for enterprise software, databases, infrastructure, network, and business applications
- Plan, schedule, and track project timeline, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Coverage of cross-functional project teams including IT staff, business users, and external vendors
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide status updates to executive leadership
- Ensure all projects comply with security protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards
- Oversee testing phases, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
- Participate in continuous improvement process and IT operation initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- CAPM, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification is required
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in project management with a proven ability to support technological initiatives and deliver business value
- Solid understanding of technology, including software development, cyber security, infrastructure, cloud services, and data management
- Adept at various project management methodologies (Agile, scrum, Waterfall) and adapting the best approach
- Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a positive work environment
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace continuous learning
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Deliver projects that meet quality standards, which meets business partner’s satisfaction
