As we continue our digital transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives that improve collaboration, efficiency, and scalability across our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across global business units
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation activities
- Partner with business and technical teams to define project requirements and align initiatives with organizational goals
- Oversee system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation projects
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
- Cook up internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies
- Support cross functional collaboration between IT, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT or business systems projects
- Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Environment experience preferred
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development, and implementation processes
- Proven experience delivering enterprise level projects such as ERP, CRM, QMS, or digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development, and implementation processes
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
