Essential Functions
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined scope
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to business and IT stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and ensure preparation and participation
- Care for internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain project budget and track actual vs. forecasted costs
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation and utilization
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain issues logs, assign ownership, and track resolution
- Escalate critical risks/issues to leadership or steering committee
Governance & Documentation
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, tools, and methodologies
- Provide status reporting and metrics to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related role
- Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar tools, familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models, vendor and contract management experience
