About the Role
As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects by coordinating teams, managing tasks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring each initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and in support of core business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead project kickoff meetings and planning sessions
- Create and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate work across business and technical teams
- Track project progress and milestone completion
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Manage project budgets and resource allocations
- Facilitate status meetings and prepare executive reports
- Coordinate testing and production deployments
- Ensure project documentation is complete and current
- Manage scope changes and change requests
- Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Conduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned and transition to support
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
Qualifications
Experience That Drives Success
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of IT project management experience
- Experience managing software implementation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud, or digital transformation projects
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, project management tools, and a basic understanding of networking, cloud computing/services, and ERP systems
