IT Project Manager

Join our team as an IT Project Manager and lead critical technology initiatives that drive business success. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve strategic objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
• Implement best practices to deliver high-impact solutions
• Adapt to changing priorities and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Travel if necessary for project needs

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree
• 3+ years’ experience managing and leading IT projects
• 3+ years’ experience with SDLC, PMLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Strong experience managing medium to large complex projects (system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, including cloud and infrastructure projects)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Visio) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint or project management systems
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, and listening skills
• Proven ability to work independently and within team environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in high-pressure environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies effectively
• Must be local to PA (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) or capable of working remotely within the same time zone
• U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident

Nice to Have

• Project Management Certification (PMP in good standing)
• Agile Practice Certification (CSM or comparable in good standing)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience working in diverse environments with shifting priorities and timelines
• Experience with cloud-based systems and infrastructure projects
