IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through initiation, design, budgeting, execution, and closeout
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Prepare and manage RFPs, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and procurements
• Cookinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Maintain project progress, risks, issues, and change control
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and quality requirements
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and insurance documentation
• Provide clear, regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Support informed decision-making through risk and impact analysis
• Drive effective communication, collaboration, and problem resolution
• Manage projects independently with limited supervision, escalating issues as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in health care Information Technology project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• Strong health care facility design, Information Technology methodologies, and building systems knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology. Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred: Master’s degree
• Preferred: Certification in Project Management (PMP)
