Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects through initiation, design, budgeting, execution, and closeout
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Prepare and manage RFPs, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and procurements
- Cookinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Maintain project progress, risks, issues, and change control
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and quality requirements
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and insurance documentation
- Provide clear, regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Support informed decision-making through risk and impact analysis
- Drive effective communication, collaboration, and problem resolution
- Manage projects independently with limited supervision, escalating issues as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in health care Information Technology project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Strong health care facility design, Information Technology methodologies, and building systems knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology. Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: Master’s degree
- Preferred: Certification in Project Management (PMP)
