IT Project Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closure
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience leading complex IT projects from conception through completion
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
