About the role
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and closure
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience leading complex IT projects from conception through completion
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- Experience with project risk management and mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
