IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for small to medium-sized IT projects, from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and status reports.
• Cook up project activities among business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, gather requirements, document action items, and track follow-up activities.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as appropriate.
• Prepare and communicate project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Support change management, user training, testing, and deployment activities.
• Aid in resource planning and coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to support project success.
• Contribute to lessons learned reviews and continuous process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting technology-related initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with project schedules, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and risk tracking.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Potential for a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
