Key Responsibilities

• Stand up and structure a project management office (PMO) within IT
• Incorporate existing projects into new workflows and project tracking systems
• Lead project execution, monitoring, reporting, and ensure initiatives deliver on time and on budget
• Train and acclimate team members to new project management processes and tools
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal departments to align project outcomes to goals

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

• Five years of progressive IT project management experience
• Strong command of Teamwork, Smartsheet, Asana, or comparable project management platforms
• Ability to establish PMO functions and project disciplines in evolving organizations
