IT Project Manager

We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by delivering secure mobile communications and enterprise-scale integration efforts that protect national security and enable classified communications through Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT project delivery for secure mobile solutions aligned with CSfC requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and integrate enterprise-scale architectures.
• Guide Agile development using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, shaping project roadmaps and tracking progress.
• Care for the client and their meaningful project goals.
• Establish project milestones and implement metrics to track progress.
• Bring people together to make a tangible difference.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project or program management, solution architecture, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, risk analysis, schedule and budget management, and stakeholder communication.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Management field.
• CAPM or CSM Certification.

Qualifications

• Nice if you have: 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, secure mobility deployments, and enterprise-wide integrations.
• Knowledge of CSfC requirements, secure mobile communications, layered encryption, zero-trust architectures, MDM, cloud integration, containerization, and DevSecOps.
• TSA/SCI clearance preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, or CISSP Certification.

Skills

Nice if you have: Knowledge of CSfC requirements, secure mobile communications, layered encryption, zero-trust architectures, MDM, cloud integration, containerization, and DevSecOps.

Benefits

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
