IT Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects. This role involves managing large-scale IT initiatives, coordinating multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Strategy

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

• Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required

• Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partners

• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership

• Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all project participants

• Execution & Delivery

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

• Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively

• Governance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Manage change control processes and document project decisions and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
