Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead large, complex technology initiatives that deliver business value across the organization. This role requires a combination of project management fundamentals with strategic thinking, proactive risk management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. The successful candidate will bring structure to complex situations, foster collaboration across technical and business teams, and help leaders make informed decisions by providing insights, recommendations, and actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance artifacts.
- Understand business objectives, requirements, project risks, dependencies, and the full project lifecycle.
- Anticipate risks, issues, and resource constraints early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Provide clear, concise project performance reporting, executive communications, and recommendations to leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making by presenting options, tradeoffs, risks, and solution paths.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven years of project management experience, with at least three years supporting information technology initiatives, OR eleven years of related business experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
