IT Program & Project Management Consultant

For a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking an IT Program & Project Management Consultant to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from planning to delivery
• Adhere to PMO best practices and standards throughout projects
• Design and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables
• Communicate project scope and goals effectively to team members
• Establish and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project life cycle
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans
• Monitor and guide the work of technical personnel to ensure timely objective completion

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in infrastructure projects
• Thorough understanding of PMO, SDLC, and governance best practices
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience managing technology projects and IT outsourcing environments
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus

Pay

$111,573 – $130,000 annually
