About the role
This role is centered on driving the execution and adoption of enterprise change initiatives within a dynamic banking environment. The position involves leading stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies while ensuring alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC requirements. The IT Program Manager III will partner across business and technology teams to deliver compliant outcomes, using data and metrics to track effectiveness and support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and adoption of enterprise change initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
- Ensure alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC requirements.
- Partner across business and technology teams to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes.
- Leverage data and metrics to track effectiveness and support decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: A university degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in change management.
- At least 2 years of project management or lead experience.
- Experience working on projects using SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative.
- Working experience in a global organization, including with an onshore/offshore model.
Skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, and a Test Management System.
- Proficiency with JQL within Jira and other applications.
- Knowledge of QA Process/Methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Change Management or Project Management Experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in the banking domain.
- 3-4 years of experience with governance.
