IT Program Manager
About the role
Radwell International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of technology-related programs within our organization. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning projects with the strategic objectives of the business. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the Program Manager will play a key role in driving the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies across the organization — leading initiatives that leverage AI to improve business processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and deliver measurable business value. Located in Downers Grove, IL, this is a full‑time regular position.
Responsibilities
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of IT programs, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring integration across multiple projects.
- Coordinate and track progress across multiple projects to ensure successful and timely completion.
- Communicate regularly with executives, IT leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and ensure alignment.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the program lifecycle.
