About the role
As the IT Program Manager, you will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives that support and enhance IT technology and operations. Your role will focus on managing multiple complex IT projects related to IT systems, processes, and technologies.
The IT Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the organization's IT project portfolio. By leading teams and upholding high standards in project, program, and portfolio management, this position directly supports the achievement of business objectives, drives organizational growth, and enhances customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include strategic planning, coordination across departments, and continuous improvement, advancing both operational efficiency and long-term results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop program plans and ensure the integration of project deliverables
- Oversee program budgeting, cost estimation, financial tracking, and reporting
- Mentor project managers and assist in their professional growth
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management practices
- Perform risk assessments and manage project risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in project management or management consulting
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Min-Mid $115,000.00 - $150,000.00
