Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for business-critical applications, including proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting, and rapid resolution of critical incidents.
- Develop and troubleshoot custom applications and interfaces using programming languages within the .NET technology stack.
- Serve as the primary liaison to business and functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Work at the highest technical level across all phases of application systems analysis and support.
- Coordinate meetings and requirements-gathering sessions for support activities and enhancement requests, ensuring full understanding, documentation, communication, and execution of customer business needs.
- Oversee change management and release processes.
- Provide mentoring and training to team members as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Perform a variety of IT development, management, and support tasks for assigned departments or divisions under the direction of the IT Lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems (MIS), or a closely related field. Information systems-specific technical certifications may substitute for 1 year of education or experience. Related professional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- At least five (5) years of technology experience supporting IT applications. A Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field may substitute for two years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL database, report development, and .NET technologies.
- One or more years of experience in Visual Studio and DevOps.
- Experience in .NET technologies and programming skills in VB.NET, C#, REST API, Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Preferences
- Preference given to candidates with the above-listed experience in Microsoft SQL, .NET technologies, Visual Studio, DevOps, and Microsoft Office products.
- Preference shall be given to eligible veteran applicants provided they possess the qualifications necessary for the position.

Pay Grade: 26. Factors used in determining the salary include candidate’s qualifications and pay rates of other employees in this classification.
