Overview In this 10-week specialized program, you will engage in software engineering projects across all Randa offices and associated companies. This program provides broad exposure to IT systems and software development across multiple technology disciplines, emphasizing scalable architecture, system integration, and application performance. You will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support business operations. The role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies. You will also collaborate with IT SMEs to enhance existing systems and build new applications, ensuring that software quality, maintainability, and performance are prioritized throughout development and support processes.

Schedule

In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day. Dates: June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027.
