Who are we and what do we do? Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026. It is Corteva’s current intention, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation. The Vylor innovation engine will be anchored in the agriculture industry’s most elite germplasm and transformative biotech. The company will leverage its next generation scientific expertise in disciplines like gene editing and molecular breeding to further strengthen its core business while exploring opportunities to expand to new row crops – and potentially beyond. Vylor will scale these innovations using its leading routes-to-market and by significantly expanding its licensing business. The IT Product Lead (ITPL) partners with business and technology stakeholders to define product strategy, shape solutions, and deliver digital capabilities that drive business value. This role serves as the bridge between business needs and technology execution, ensuring products, processes, and roadmaps align with strategic objectives. Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow! Own and maintain product and business capability roadmaps, translating business strategy into actionable plans and priorities.Develop a deep understanding of business processes, challenges, and opportunities to identify innovative technology solutions.Leverage enterprise capabilities, platforms, and best practices to maximize value, drive standardization, and accelerate delivery.Partner with stakeholders to assess needs, define scope, identify risks, and develop high-level solution designs and requirements.Analyze and map current and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve operations.Collaborate with technology partners and business partners to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.Manage the implementation of product priorities, support roadmap execution, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.Evaluate business value, impacts, risks, and trade-offs to guide investment decisions and product direction.Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the digital experience. Education and Experience – What you will bring to the table! Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, or related experience.Experience developing product strategy and roadmaps that align technology investments with business priorities.Experience leading business process analysis and capability mapping exercises.Experience building technical requirements definitions.Experience with agile product delivery and backlog management.Excellent collaborator; builds strong partnerships across the business and technology teams.Proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.Strong stakeholder management skills; demonstrates influential leadership across all levels of the organization.Strategic mindset that fosters innovation and creative thinking through a customer-centric lens.Ability to successfully navigate challenging opportunities to meet objectives and deadlines; takes initiative to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing needs; ability to thrive in ambiguity.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective facilitator.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including building trust and engagement across team members.Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly. Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience within Agriculture business domains, including Stewardship, Regulatory, and Compliance functions.
