IT, Product Delivery Manager
About the role
Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Product Delivery Manager working from our Phoenix, AZ office location, with a start date of July 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, retrospectives, product syncs, and roadmap reviews.
- Manage and prioritize lab integration requests from customer portals (Exemplar Help, Castle Connect).
- Coordinate and oversee weekly Clinical LIMS software releases.
- Lead Lab Integration customer engagement operations and activity tracking.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date product documentation in Confluence.

Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM located in our Phoenix, AZ location. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to complete projects with minimal impact to business operations.
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products are essential. Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with clinical laboratory information systems (CLIMS) are preferred.
