Job Responsibilities
- Aid the IT PLM admin team with support of engineering applications like ENOVIA, 3DX, and Cameo/Teamwork Cloud, including patching, upgrades, and end-user support.
- Create and implement creative solutions to mitigate recurring issues and reduce manual troubleshooting tasks.
- Collaborate with IT peers to ensure compliance with security controls, vulnerability management, hardware/software currency, and reporting requirements.
- Provide prompt and efficient support for incidents and outages.
- Communicate directly and promptly with business users regarding issues, planned maintenance, and project deliverables.
- Work closely with process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand and meet business needs.
- Create and update support documentation, ensuring its accuracy and detailed nature.
Position Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with application and server administration (Windows/Linux).
- At least 5 years of PLM system administration (Dassault Systèmes).
- A good understanding of user authentication methods (Kerberos, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc.).
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, capable of working independently when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment, solve problems, and learn new skills/technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with patching processes.
Education Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.

- Familiarity with development, collaboration, and testing tools (JIRA, Git, SVN, etc.).
- A basic understanding of databases.
- Experience with Red Hat Linux and Matrix Query Language (MQL).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, multitasking, and time management skills.
