What You Will Be Responsible For

• Work with GA Application Technology Solutions teams, Cross Organization Architects, Platform engineering.
• Manage Application Modernization migration and strategies.
• Lead programs spanning global development locations, addressing current state challenges, course correcting, and driving to completion.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs to identify creative solutions for technical challenges.
• Manage conflicts with multiple stakeholders while focusing on project goals.
• Drive cloud solution programs for application teams on modernization and migration.

What We Value

• Prior experience in driving programs migrating application workloads on a cloud provider (AWS, Azure) in financial services.
• Strong knowledge in planning tools and forecasting.
• Practitioner level certifications on the cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Extensive presentation experience in large forums.
• Extensive experience driving Global teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to diplomatically and effectively manage issues across functional teams.
