IT/OT Analyst
Location: Bayport, MN (Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technology liaison for plant floor operations, helping coordinate and resolve issues impacting production
- Partner closely with Controls Engineers to support manufacturing systems, devices, and technology infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of network, hardware, device, and peripheral issues, including label printing systems and other plant-floor technologies
- Help protect production uptime by monitoring and supporting the technology footprint across manufacturing assets and devices
- Partner with IT and security teams to help ensure operational technology environments remain secure and compliant
- Support incident management, rapid-response activities, and escalation processes for technology-related production issues
- Assist in developing and improving processes, workflows, metrics, and reporting related to IT/OT operations
- Participate in pilot programs and technology experiments to evaluate new tools, processes, and solutions within the manufacturing environment
- Document issues, procedures, and improvement opportunities to support operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Present updates, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical analyst, business analyst, operations analyst, or manufacturing technology support role
- Understanding of basic IT infrastructure concepts, including hardware, networking, and endpoint devices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pay
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
