Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and execution of change strategies and efforts to engage, inspire, and motivate people to embrace the significant technology and behavioral changes that are associated with large transformation programs.
- Provide change management support to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Devise new methods and procedures such as developing plans, creating content, engaging Business and/or Enterprise Solutions stakeholders, overseeing change activities (e.g., stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis) and executing on respective plans.
- Advises and provides recommendations to stakeholders on change management matters and monitors readiness and adoption.
- Collaborates closely with DT-US Project Management and Communications teams.
Qualifications
- Professional with 6+ years of relevant experience in change management related to strategic transformations
- Bachelor's Degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness, communications, and/or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 1+ year(s) of people management experience, either directly supervising individual(s) or a team
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- Specific change management experience related to large technology transformation programs or application deployments
- Prior experience in Consulting and/or Technology; top-tier consulting firm preferred
- Experienced in communications with exceptional writing and editing skills
- Experience in or working for Executive Leaders and their respective offices/leadership teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and recommend resolutions
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated project management skills with demonstrated experience successfully managing a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex project
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively and professionally navigate tough situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, but also be a self-starter
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and MS Excel. Proficiency in other tools such as survey tools, MS Teams, and/or video creating software desired
