IT Operations Support

IT Operations Support Technician We are looking for an IT Operations Support Technician with 1-2 years of technical support, help desk, or IT operations experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a solid technical foundation and wants to gain more hands-on experience supporting servers, networks, applications, and enterprise systems. Responsibilities Monitor systems, servers, networks, applications, and automated processes.Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate more complex problems when needed.Monitor network and system performance and respond to alerts or service interruptions.Perform basic troubleshooting of IP-based devices and network technologies.Support operational tasks including file transfers, scheduled processing, system checks, reporting, and service requests.Track and document incidents and ensure issues are properly followed through to resolution.Assist with Windows and PC-related troubleshooting.Follow established IT procedures, security standards, and service-level expectations.Help maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting checklists.Work with internal teams and users to identify and resolve technical issues. Required Skills 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, technical support, NOC, or similar experience.Basic experience working with Unix/Linux, AIX, VMS, or DOS environments and commands.Working knowledge of FTP/SFTP.Comfortable troubleshooting PCs, operating systems, applications, and basic network issues.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow established procedures while working with minimal supervision. Nice to Have Windows 10 support experience.Active Directory experience.Help desk or desktop support experience.Network monitoring experience.Experience supporting multiple systems or technologies in an enterprise environment. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
