IT Operations & Enablement Lead

For our client, we are seeking a IT Operations & Enablement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational governance and enablement for enterprise business systems, with a strong focus on service delivery, intake management, and cross-functional business reporting. The successful candidate will partner closely with directors and user groups to improve support effectiveness, strengthen budget visibility, and enhance how the organization delivers technology services. This position also plays an important role in building training content and enabling better adoption of business systems across the enterprise. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the operational process for the IT Business Systems team Prepare and present monthly business reviews across two user groups Own and reconcile the team budget and contractor forecasting Manage the intake governance process and maintain director relationships Analyze user support data to improve IT system delivery Develop training content based on analysis of support ticket trends Support the leadership of the IT Business Systems team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or master's preferred At least 10 years of experience in enterprise business systems, preferably SAP ECC/S/4HANA Minimum 5 years managing operational governance in a matrixed environment Experience with budgeting and financial analysis, including variance analysis Proven ability to design and deliver business systems training programs Knowledge of AI-powered platforms and their implementation Strong commitment to transparency and intellectual honesty Benefits Choice of medical plan options: PPO or High Deductible Health Plan Two dental plan options available: Core and Core Plus Vision benefits provided Company paid life and AD&D insurance Short and long term disability coverage at company expense Paid parental leave offered Employee Assistance Program available Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
