IT Network/Telecom Analyst

About the role

WEC Business Services LLC, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a IT Network/Telecom Analyst (IT Infrastructure Consultant) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Green Bay, Wisconsin, or Chicago, Illinois. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with regular office time.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WEC’s data and telecommunications network
• Collaborate with business partners and other IT teams to deliver and maintain network-centric business-facing solutions
• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan for each network and telecommunications pillar
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with strategic partners
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support role on a rotating basis

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Willingness to travel within WEC Energy Group’s service territory based on project needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field
• Experience with Cisco Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Checkpoint Firewalls
• Knowledge of Cisco ACI Infrastructure
• Knowledge of VoIP Technologies
• Network Certification(s)

Pay

Pay Range: Minimum: $68,436.68, Maximum: $135,761.08
