Key Metrics & Financial Targets
- Successful optimization of datacenter layout and connections
- Identify potential bottlenecks and overutilized network segments
- Analysis of current resource usage versus future needs
- Support Tickets resolution times within OLA and SLA's
- Increase customer satisfaction
Skills Needed To Be Successfull
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Knowledge of storage, servers and Hypervisor (VMWare preferred)
- Knowledge of routing firewalls, routers, OOB and switching
- Technical certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS are encouraged
- Automation & scripting skills
- Understanding of manufacturing operations
- Incident and Problem management, ITSM
