Job Description Oversee and manage IT systems supporting R&D activities within the FMCG sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with R&D goals.Identify and implement innovative IT tools to enhance research and development processes.Ensure the security and integrity of R&D data and systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for R&D teams.Develop and maintain IT project timelines and budgets for R&D initiatives.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.Train and mentor team members on IT tools and best practices. The Successful Applicant A Successful IT Manager R&D Should Have Experience with IT systems and tools in the FMCG industry.Strong knowledge of technology solutions relevant to research and development.Ability to manage projects and collaborate with diverse teams.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Familiarity with data security and IT compliance standards.Strong communication and leadership abilities.
