IT Manager/Director

A Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the Tulsa, OK area is seeking an IT Manager to oversee a dynamic technical environment built on the Microsoft stack, including Azure cloud solutions and Active Directory administration. The position is in‑office and involves overseeing client IT operations, projects, and delivering proactive support for diverse client systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams to deliver exceptional support and project delivery for MSP clients.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain infrastructure built around Microsoft technologies (Azure, Active Directory, Office 365).
• Manage cloud migration projects, identity and access controls, and network security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to align technology solutions with operational needs.
• Mentor technicians, establish best practices, and enforce compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT teams within an MSP or similar multi‑client environment.
