The IT Manager, Development & Integration is a strategic technology leader responsible for leading a team of software engineers, integration engineers, and platform specialists who deliver scalable, secure, and reusable technology solutions across the enterprise. This role provides both technical leadership and people leadership, ensuring the organization delivers high-quality software, integrations, developer platforms, and engineering enablement capabilities that accelerate business value. The IT Manager will establish engineering standards, drive adoption of modern development practices, build reusable capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will balance hands-on technical leadership with team development, stakeholder partnership, and operational excellence. Travel Required Estimated 30%.
