On-siteInformation TechnologyFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, we have description: Lahlouh’s business model... mission... core capabilities... Position: IT Manager... Reports To: CIO... FLSA Status: Exempt... Department: IT... Location/Shift: Blue Ash, OH (Onsite) – Occasional travel to San Leandro, CA... Schedule: Full-Time Then Position Overview paragraph. Then Key Responsibilities list (bulleted). Then Required Qualifications list (bulleted). Then Preferred Qualifications list (bulleted). Then Compensation: Salary based on experience. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from Position Overview?), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits (maybe mention benefits-eligible?), Pay (Compensation), Schedule (Full-Time). Also location maybe not needed as heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like "Powered by JazzHR 5Ag4pfVfkD". Remove. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. We must preserve all substantive info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". For Pay we have "Salary based on experience." That's substantive enough? It says salary based on experience, not a specific number. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here we have "Salary based on experience." That is somewhat vague but it's actual statement. Is that considered filler? It's not a specific number but it's a statement. The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Salary based on experience." is similar to "commensurate with experience". Might be considered filler. However they said never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Salary based on experience." That's a statement, albeit vague. Might be acceptable. But to be safe, maybe we can omit Pay section because it's not a concrete number. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state something about pay (salary based on experience). So we could include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: posting says Schedule: Full-Time. That's concrete. So we can include Schedule section with Full-Time. Benefits: posting says "This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role." That's a statement about benefits. So we can include Benefits section with that sentence. Now About the role: we can use Position Overview paragraph. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications. Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications. Skills: maybe we could combine some skills from qualifications? But we could also omit Skills if not distinct. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications? But they ask to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could have Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills maybe not needed. Could omit Skills. We need to ensure we use

for section headings. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract prose for About the role: The Position Overview paragraph(s). There's also earlier description about company mission etc. Might be considered About the role? The instruction: About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put the Position Overview under About the role. We also have earlier paragraphs about Lahlouh's business model, mission, core capabilities. That's more about company, not role. Might be considered About the role? Could include as part of About the role? But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could be part of About the role as well (company overview). Or we could create a separate section like "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should fit everything under those headings. The About the role could include company description as context. Thus About the role section will contain paragraphs: Lahlouh’s business model..., mission..., core capabilities..., Position Overview. We need to format as

for prose. If multiple paragraphs, separate

tags. Now Responsibilities: list of Key Responsibilities bullet points. We'll output

    • each. Now Requirements: Required Qualifications bullet points. Now Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications bullet points. Now Benefits: statement about benefits-eligible. Now Pay: statement about salary based on experience. Now Schedule: Full-Time. We must not include location/shift as heading; we could embed location info in About the role paragraph maybe. We need to ensure we don't include fluff like "FLSA Status: Exempt", "Department: IT", "Reports To: CIO". Those are substantive metadata; we could include them in About the role paragraph as part of role details. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include those details in a short paragraph. Thus About the role could have multiple paragraphs: first about company, second about role details (position, reports to, location, schedule, FLSA, department). Then Position Overview paragraph. Let's craft. Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not include "IT Manager" as heading. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any boilerplate: "Powered by JazzHR 5Ag4pfVfkD" remove. Now produce final. Let's draft:
