IT Manager

For our client, we are seeking a IT Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will oversee day-to-day technology operations, infrastructure, and end-user support across the organization. The IT Manager will guide a small team while strengthening systems, identity, device, and network security to support reliable business performance. This position also plays a key role in technology planning, project execution, and cross-functional support for facility operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user technology Lead and mentor a small IT team, providing technical direction Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, including versions 2008 and newer Manage Microsoft Entra ID for user accounts and identity security Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint security Oversee Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, including firewalls and switches Establish IT security best practices and monitor systems for security alerts Qualifications 5+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT security best practices Experience managing and mentoring a small IT team Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Benefits Remote work flexibility with occasional travel to facilities Opportunities for professional development and training Supportive team environment with a focus on mentorship Involvement in technology planning and project management Access to the latest Microsoft technologies and tools Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
