Job Summary
Air Systems is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead IT operations and serve as the primary liaison to EMCOR Corporate IT. The ideal candidate is a strategic and operational leader who ensures day-to-day execution, sets direction for technology, anticipates business needs, and drives long-term value through IT investments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for IT, establishing a clear vision and roadmap that aligns technology with business objectives
- Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, taking direct ownership through resolution when needed
- Act as a key advisor to executive leadership, helping shape decisions through insight into technology capabilities, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and execute a 1–3 year IT roadmap covering infrastructure, systems, security, and digital initiatives aligned with business growth
- Lead day-to-day IT operations and support, prioritizing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to the business
