IT Intern - Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform user account management tasks such as password resets and access permission adjustments.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including backups, updates, and security protocols.
• Document IT procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps.
• Engage in IT projects like system upgrades, software deployments, or network enhancements.
• Stay updated with IT best practices and emerging technologies.
• Provide support for ticket resolution, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field degree program.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or MacOS environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, or basic scripting is preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles is beneficial.
