About the role

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT operations, end‑user services, and technology modernization initiatives. Located in our Pittsburgh, PA Headquarters, this is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for ensuring our technology environment is secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business growth, both organically and by acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing IT infrastructure and support team. Set clear objectives, manage performance, and ensure strong succession planning.

  • End‑User Services: Oversee help desk and support operations to ensure responsive, high‑quality service. Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Infrastructure & Network Management: Manage servers, storage, networks, and core infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.

  • Identity, Access & Security: Oversee IAM processes, user provisioning, authentication, and authorization. Support cybersecurity monitoring and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Backup, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Refine and maintain backup strategies. Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

  • Telephony & Collaboration Tools: Manage unified communications, telephony, and collaboration platforms.

  • Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery performance.

  • IT Service Management & Governance: Implement and maintain ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, asset, and configuration management.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions Support: Lead integration of acquired companies’ IT systems and infrastructure with minimal disruption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT operations.

  • At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service orientation.

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

  • Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in an IT leadership role, experience managing cross‑functional initiatives and vendor relationships, strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
