About the role

The Chief Engineer provides technical leadership for privileged access and identity security initiatives, collaborating with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to design, implement, and maintain secure access solutions across enterprise environments. They guide platform architecture, integration, automation, and operational reliability, supporting modernization and secure access practices aligned with organizational policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable system designs.
• Leverage DevOps and Agile practices to implement secure access solutions.
• Foster partnerships with IT teams to ensure solutions are resilient, secure, and maintainable.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and maintenance of secure access platforms.
• Develop standards for privileged access and identity security.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and provide expert consulting on infrastructure planning and architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years in a technical leadership role.
• Ten years of IT experience in distributed technologies, systems development, or networking.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
