IT Helpdesk Specialist - Remote
About the role
This position supports the App Support Team, handling tasks such as password resets and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must be available for 8-hour shifts between 5 AM to 5 PM PST (8 AM to 8 PM EST).
Responsibilities
- Supporting the App Support Team with tasks like password resets and network troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with both the customer and business partners during calls.
- Assisting with proprietary software for billers and family management.
- Utilizing ServiceNow for ticket management.
Qualifications
- Open to any 8-hour shift between 5 AM to 5 PM PST (8 AM to 8 PM EST)
- 1-2+ years of previous tier 1 level helpdesk experience
- A+ or Google IT Certificate preferred
- ServiceNow & Active Directory experience preferred
- Previous remote experience preferred
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with diverse groups
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay and Benefits
