About the role
This role is fully remote; however, employees must reside within California's San Francisco Bay Area region, which includes the East, South, and North Bay. While day-to-day work is performed remotely, team members are encouraged to utilize our Napa office for collaboration, and periodic in-person meetings and team events are held there. Employees may also be required to travel to local client sites as business needs arise.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support across a variety of systems and platforms
- Solve complex challenges with patience, curiosity, and a service-first mindset
- Collaborate closely with teammates to create consistently excellent client experiences
- Continuously learn new technologies and sharpen your craft
- Head onsite for hands-on installations, configurations, and troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications
- Must have 5 years minimum IT Help Desk experience
- Previous MSP experience required
- Reliable Transportation and Current Driver's license
- Strong aptitude for Customer Service
- Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team
- Respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus
Preferred
- Certifications: CompTIA (A+, Network, Security), Microsoft Associate/Expert, VMware, Apple, Citrix
- Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
- Strong Networking Skills

$28.84 - $43.25 / hour
