About the role
This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology and data integration functions for the HEDIS program
- Manage ETL developers and operational support staff
- Oversee HEDIS data feeds and platform support
- Ensure data-quality controls and technical documentation are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors and support audit processes
- Facilitate the migration to a new HEDIS platform such as Arcadia
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field preferred; 7+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu
- 7+ years in healthcare data, IT functions, or HEDIS operations
- 3+ years in leadership roles managing ETL, data engineering, or analytics teams
- Expertise in HEDIS data processing, reporting, and validation
- Familiarity with HEDIS vendors such as Arcadia, Cotiviti, and Inovalon
- Knowledge of ECDS, FHIR, and clinical data exchange
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
