IT Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT resource responsible for the imaging, configuration, preparation, and deployment of end-user hardware across the organization.
• Focus exclusively on device lifecycle activities such as imaging, staging, deploying, replacing, and collecting equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, card readers, monitors, docks, and other peripherals.
• Travel to other locations as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to established IT standards, security protocols, and deployment procedures.
• Experience with deploying and installing end-user equipment, including monitors, printers, card readers, docking stations, and other peripheral devices across multiple onsite locations.
• Provide limited Tier 1 technical support during deployments, assisting users with device setup, login access, and peripheral connectivity while escalating issues outside deployment scope as needed.
• Absorb and provide limited Tier 1 level support related to device setup, login, and connection to peripherals.
• Must be comfortable working in a medical facility.
• Must be able to satisfy our client’s requirements, including proof of required vaccinations, drug screening, and adherence to HIPPA privacy regulations.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipment.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $21.00-$25.00 an hour
