IT Field Service Support

About the role

We're looking for an IT Field Service Support Technician to join our team and help keep employees connected, productive, and supported every day. This role combines hands-on technical support, customer service, and technology deployment across both office and distribution center environments. If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and working with a variety of technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and business applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other equipment
• Support employee onboarding through account setup and device provisioning
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN connectivity, and endpoint management tools
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Partner with employees and teams to deliver an excellent support experience
• Participate in occasional on-call support and limited travel as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Intune, MDM, imaging, or endpoint management tools
• Experience working within a ticketing system
• Basic networking knowledge (wireless, routers, switches, printers, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environments
• Experience with Zebra printers, handheld scanners, or mobile warehouse technology
• A+, Network+, ITIL, or similar certifications
• Experience with Citrix, VoIP, or CRM applications

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Schedule

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus, OH.
