About the role

As an IT Engineer, you will provide end-to-end IT support, manage hardware and cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's devices, networks, and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, API network and mobile device issues.
• Provide remote desktop support for laptops and end-user devices.
• Manage laptops, mobile devices, routers, internet connectivity and storage systems.
• Cook up with internal teams, vendors, and the technology team to resolve technical issues.
• Cook Jira tickets and track IT support requests.
• Support AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain system backups and ensure smooth software operations.
• Recommend hardware and software upgrades based on organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting and system administration.
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with networking, routers, Wi-Fi access points and remote desktop support.
• Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases is an added advantage.
• Experience managing Android devices is preferred.
