Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot problems relating to computer equipment operating system software, application software, and hardware.
Inventory Management
Maintain hardware and software inventory for responsible facilities.
Documentation
Log and track calls using problem management database and maintain history records and related problems documentation. Develop training documents to new users as needed.
Customer Service
Provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction to the end user.
Purchase Recommendations
Formulate recommendations regarding company end user hardware and software purchases.
Security
Manage antivirus/spyware software and updates. Maintain confidentiality and security standards and policies for the organization.
Other Functions
Travel up to 40% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position required. Own region-wide hardware asset management. Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required. Ability to work off-hours and on call when required.
