Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices to ensure they perform optimally.
- Provide prompt technical support to end users, addressing hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement security measures to safeguard client devices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to deploy new devices and updates, enhancing overall user experience.
- Document technical processes and user interactions to improve service delivery and support.
Skills
- Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting various client devices, including desktops and laptops.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for device management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
