IT Director

This is a 100% on-site position in Danielson, CT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them against established objectives, ensuring compliance with global and governmental security and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize information technology use, designing and implementing programs that drive effectiveness and efficiency across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and work with functional councils and subject matter experts to deliver digital solutions that enhance SPIROL’s operations and global competitiveness.
• Direct the effective delivery of networks and disaster recovery systems, ensuring business continuity protocols minimize disruption during emergencies or data loss.
• Oversee operational elements of SPIROL’s information technology systems, implementing systemic corrective actions with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• Manufacturing environment experience required (Automotive or Aerospace preferred).
• 10+ years managing an IT department.
• Demonstrated experience driving and implementing 5-year plans and roadmaps.
• Ability to work collaboratively at all organizational levels with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to all SPIROL facilities globally.
